Facilitators
Andrew and Sean are the main facilitators of each coSTART but each seminar is usually supplemented by additional staff who provide valuable perspective and insight in their area of expertise.
Andrew Knight
Andrew has been on staff with CO for 19 years in Minnesota, England, and is now pioneering a franchise in Boise, ID. God has graciously provided he and Sara’s support while they were singles, married, and now as a family of six. Andrew has a love for helping staff cultivate their own support teams as vital ministry partners and to view it as valuable ministry to their partners.
Sean Schweickhardt
Sean has been on staff with CO for 20+ years and has seen God provide for he and Emily’s financial and prayer needs for over two decades as staff laborers in Lexington. Sean has a vision to equip and shepherd staff to become faithful and fully-funded campus ministry workers across CO regions because harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few (Matthew 9:37).
