We must view support raising as such a reward that to withhold it from potential partners is doing them a great disservice.
CO START DISTINCTIVES
-
DNA
CULTURE-CENTERED
Every START phase is full of our CO culture, values, DNA, and ministry philosophy. Our training makes intentional connections between the supporter-raising process and the campus and resource office so our staff views the process as an investment in their ministry future and training ground for their future job.
-
DESIGN
DESIGN-DRIVEN
Every START participant is evaluated using the ©RightPath assessment to tailor the support-raising process for each individual. Each start seminar offers a support-specific debrief guide and discussion to help each staff discover their giftings, challenges, and needed compensations to be faithful and fruitful in the supporter-raising process.
-
DISCIPLINE
GOAL-ORIENTED
The three-phased START process is rigorous and fast-paced. Our COhort and ©START support planner ensures every staff is operating off of fully-funded deadlines and is keeping a support pace that is both stretching, yet realistic. The START process squeezes staff and instills character, faith, & teamwork which translate to the campus.
